Dark milk chocolate filled with a peach ganache

Zotter Organic Chocolate Royal Peach. The queen of desserts! A creamy, soft layer of peach, enhanced with a hint of lemon and delicately melting almond nougat. The creation is crowned with gingerbread spices, which, however, do not have a Christmassy feel, but instead lend the creation a delicate compote-like note with their hints of cinnamon and star anise. This is complemented by a wafer-thin layer of white chocolate and a milk chocolate coating with 50 per cent cocoa solids.
