Zotter Organic Chocolate Red Wine. Red wine buzz: It flows into a bonbon-sweet chocolate ganache as an intense Blue Zweigelt red wine. The ganache was created from dark chocolate and a vegan white rice couverture, enhanced with vanilla, and the whole thing is covered in dark chocolate, and entirely vegan.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
