Dark milk chocolate with vanilla ganache, almond nougat and gingerbread

Zotter Organic Chocolate Pudding & Cookies. Dark milk chocolate (50%) filled with vanilla cream ganache and almond nougat, enhanced with pieces of gingerbread. On top, a soft pudding layer made from whipped cream, white chocolate, vanilla and honey. And underneath, a delicately melting almond nougat, into which plenty of home-baked gingerbread crumbs are immersed, softening and delighting the palate with cinnamon and cardamom. The whole creation is coated in milk chocolate with 50 per cent cocoa content.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is specified as just a few months from the factory. As Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol act as natural preservatives. The shorter best-before date is therefore a sign of high-quality Zotter chocolate.
