Zotter Pineapple and Cashew Organic Chocolate. The cashew apple – an exceptional phenomenon in botany. Its only seed, which is hard to crack, is hanging down from the apple like a boxing glove. Zotter manufactures a praline from cashew seeds, adds pieces of sun-dried pineapples and coats the creation with a delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
