Zotter Organic Chocolate For Odd Birds. The ultimate tender-melting olive layer made from green olives, olive oil and chocolate. The olive flavour is quite subtle, but it’s the incredibly smooth melt that’s surprising. Sitting on top is a layer of almond praline with refreshing, crispy bits of lemon, and the whole thing is coated in dark chocolate, and entirely vegan.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
