A milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a tender-melting almond praline made with roasted almonds, enhanced with a hint of white chocolate and topped with a second layer of almond marzipan.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
