Fruity Dancing Stars: a very fruity filling made from bits of mango mixed with a mango couverture, cashew praline and a dash of lemon juice on top of a lemon chocolate layer created with homemade lemon confit and white chocolate. A fruity chocolate dancing show featuring refreshing lemon pirouettes, covered in delicious dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
