Zotter Organic Mango Chilli Chocolate. Fruity mango with chilli vibes. A fruity mango layer made from mangoes, cashew nougat and a dash of lemon on a chocolate ganache, mixed with milk chocolate and dark chocolate, spiced up with Bird's Eye chilli and given wings with a dash of sugar cane brandy. Coated in milk chocolate with 60% cocoa power. Inspired by the street food made from mangoes seasoned with chilli and salt that is very popular in South East Asia and Mexico.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
