A soft and refreshing lemon marzipan on a delicately melting almond nougat that entices with lots of small, slightly crunchy lemon pieces. There is a wafer-thin dark chocolate layer between the two fillings. Covered in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content. Vegan.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
