A journey of indulgence to India, inspired by the traditional Indian Kulfi ice cream. An almond praline with bits of almond and pistachio, and as a topping, a sweet Kulfi ganache made from cream, white chocolate, honey, cardamom and saffron, all covered in a delicious milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
