Zotter Organic Hazelnut Brittle. A tender-melting hazelnut praline made from many dark roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter enhanced with crunchy hazelnut brittle, Bourbon vanilla and cinnamon. Enveloped in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and lots of character.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
