Zotter Organic French White Nougat. Dark Milk Chocolate filled with 50% white nougat, 6% pistachios and 5% hazelnuts. White nougat in which chopped pistachios and hazelnuts are dipped. To this is added a layer of almond praline and an elegant milk chocolate coating with a fulminant 60% cocoa content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
