We make three different nougats from freshly roasted nuts, a layer of walnut nougat, an innovative green pumpkin seed nougat and a delicately melting hazelnut nougat on top. Covered in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and completely vegan.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is given as a few months ex works. As Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. The shorter best before date is therefore the expression of a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
