Zotter Organic Chocolate Elderflower / Marzipan / Mint. Springtime feeling: a layer of elderflower with floral elderflower syrup, a little white chocolate, lemon couverture, a dash of lemon juice and fresh mint. Combined with a soft marzipan layer, lightly drizzled with Zotter white wine and a little Zotter marc brandy. Floral, soft, slightly cheerful. Covered in dark milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content.
