Zotter Chestnuts + Rum Organic Chocolate. A fine chestnut puree, tender-melting almond praline, honey, Amaretto and a generous dash of rum combine to make a seductive filling, covered with a combination of homemade sweet chestnut couverture and milk chocolate with 40% cocoa power.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
