Topped with a wafer-thin white chocolate layer and finally a delicately melting hazelnut praline layer with a crispy wafer crunch. Finely coated with dark chocolate and covered in milk chocolate with a crunchy 50 % cocoa content.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
