Zotter Sweetness from the Country. In Vorarlberg, they really know about cheese, but the sweet diversion of a cheese chocolate is another level of delicious. A sublime cheese ganache with some small, boozy grappa raisins, alongside some homemade tender, nutty walnut praline. The whole thing is covered in a yummy milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
