Zotter Organic Chocolate Blackberry Hazelnut. Chestnut milk chocolate filled with a blackberry ganache and hazelnut nougat. Hazelnuts with a berry twist: a delicately melting hazelnut nougat and a deep red, fruity blackberry layer, rounded off with a splash of lemon. Topped with a wafer-thin layer of cranberry couverture and a thin layer of milk chocolate underneath. Enveloped in a homemade chestnut couverture mixed with milk chocolate.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is specified as just a few months from the factory. As Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol act as natural preservatives. The shorter best-before date is therefore a sign of high-quality Zotter chocolate.
