Zotter Chocolate Chocolate Banana. A milk chocolate filled with a fruity-sweet banana filling made from milk, honey, bananas and a dash of lemon. A very thin layer of raspberry couverture is applied to the filling, which has a fruity red colour and a strong berry flavour.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
