Milk chocolate filled with apricot marzipan and vanilla almond nougat, enhanced with wafer crunch and apricot pieces. Inspired by apricot dumplings (Marillenknödel): a fruity, subtly sweet apricot marzipan with small fruit pieces and a pronounced fruit acidity. Accompanied by a smooth-melting almond nougat, refined with Bourbon vanilla and rounded off with wafer crunch. Coated in milk chocolate with 40% cocoa content.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
