Zotter Apple Pie Organic Chocolate. A delicate fruit layer made with bits of apple candied in honey caramel and enhanced with a small dash of apple brandy, alongside a cinnamon layer made with hazelnut praline and white chocolate. It’s enveloped in delicious milk chocolate with 50% cacao power and a fine melt.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
