Zotter Organic Chocolate Angel Snack. Milk chocolate on the outside, flavoured with oranges. Inside is a delicately melting, homemade caramel nougat, made nut-to-bar from freshly roasted hazelnuts, almonds and mascobado sugar, which naturally has a pronounced caramel flavour. As a refreshing touch, a little lemon couverture is added to the nougat and lots of crunchy orange pieces.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
