Zotter Organic Chocolate First Aid. This one is made using a sublime formula but is everything but formulaic. 60% dark milk chocolate filled with white praline and walnuts nuts in elderberry juice. A light almond praline enhanced with a bit of white chocolate and orange oil alongside sweet, light walnuts bathed and turned soft and red in cinnamon and elderberry juice before being dipped in delicious chocolate. Covered in milk chocolate with a 60% cacao content

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
