Zotter Organic Choco Nougat Peanut. Exquisite nougat made from freshly roasted peanuts and milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content. Very subtly rounded off with Bird's Eye chilli and refined with cinnamon and vanilla.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
