Zotter Organic Brown Butter Toffee. A super soft toffee filling! For this choco, a own brown butter chocolate was created by caramelising butter and milk powder without adding any additional sugar and turning it into a brown butter couverture. Thiss was combine with caramel couverture, liquid brown butter, honey and milk to create a caramelly-soft toffee layer, which was then covered with milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.

Used to be my favourite chocolate, but unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be. It's far too sweet, contains soya lecithin and had a rather sour flavour twice before the expiry date. It's absolutely too expensive for me. I won't be buying it again!

War mal meine Lieblings-Schokolade, ist aber leider nicht mehr so gut wir vorher. Viel zu süss, hat Sojalecithin drin und sie hatte schon zweimal vor dem Ablaufdatum einen eher sauren Geschmack. Dafür ist sie mir absolut zu teuer. Ich werde sie nicht mehr kaufen!
