Zotter Organic Bar Nut Cracker. Sweet & salty: a caramel couverture on the outside that tastes temptingly of caramel sweets and a delicately melting peanut nougat made from freshly roasted peanuts with lots of small, crunchy, caramelised peanut pieces on the inside. Rounded off with a pinch of salt, which goes perfectly with peanuts. The salty note also elegantly balances out the sweetness and creates a great balance with a fine cocoa butter melt.
