Zotter Mitzi Blue Totally Nuts. This sweet organic temptation features a nutty disc that is created with a mix of hazelnut praline and milk chocolate, combined with a small cashew praline disc. The disc is sprinkled all over with roasted hazelnuts and walnuts.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
