Zotter Marc de Champagne + Raspberries, contains alcohol. Dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content, filled with a chocolate ganache and enhanced with the finest champagne distillate. It’s accompanied by a fruity-pink raspberry ganache, its very berry flavour and stunning colour derived entirely naturally from many raspberries.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
