The dark origin chocolate with cocoa from Mountains of the Moon in Uganda. 1,000 smallholders cultivate organic cocoa on the slopes of the mythical mountain group. Selected, large cocoa beans they call "Selection Noir de Noir" - mild, rich in aroma. Flavour profile: Notes of red fruits, berries, fudge and caramel.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
