Zotter Labooko São Tomé 75% Organic Dark Chocolate. A rarity: The small West African island São Tomé is hardly known and yet it has a long and rich cocoa tradition. An origin chocolate with 75% cocoa content that is surprisingly mild for a dark chocolate, with fruity-tropical notes and very good melting. Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
