Zotter Labooko Peru 100% Organic Dark Chocolate. A single origin chocolate that gives you a taste of only cacao on the palate, absolutely nothing else. Made with Peruvian cacao, which we’ve toned down to a very mild aroma by adding lots of cocoa butter. This has produced a soft texture and gives the impression of a chocolate with an 80% cacao content even though it’s completely pure, without any added sugar or other ingredients.

Our warehouse is fully air-conditioned. This ensures that the goods are reliably protected from temperature fluctuations whilst in our care. As the parcels are not kept cool during dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that chocolate products will arrive at your door in their usual quality when outside temperatures are high.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
