Native & Classic: Cocabo cocoa is traditionally cultivated by indigenous cocoa farmers away from all the hustle and bustle of our time in the protection of the Panamanian rainforest. In the manufactory, Zotter transforms this aromatic cocoa into an original chocolate with a very fine chocolate flair. Flavour profile: intensely chocolaty with subtle notes of mint, cherries and almonds.

I had no idea how many varieties of Zotter chocolate there are. Amazing! The Labooko Panama 72% surprises with nuances that are much broader than one is used to from "plain dark chocolate".
