Zotter Labooko Organic Caramel. A sweet bar that tastes seductively of caramel sweets. The milk is caramelised in advance to create the beautiful candy flavour. With lots of cocoa butter, organic mountain milk from Tyrol, Mascobado sugar, which naturally tastes of caramel, and a small pinch of salt. Flavour profile: notes of caramel biscuits, milk and cinnamon.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
