: Description:

Zotter Labooko Nicaragua 70% Organic Dark Chocolate. A single origin chocolate with a 70% cacao content and a nutty malt character. Made by the La Campesina cooperative with Trinitario fine flavour cacao, which grows in and around the nature reserves of Cerro Musún and Cerro Quirraguas and is harvested by small farms. A natural cocoa accompanied by some raw cane sugar. Flavour profile: notes of roasted nuts, caramel, malt and dried fruit.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
