Zotter Labooko Nicaragua 60% Organic Milk Chocolate. Around 60% cocoa content – it is something extraordinary in a milk chocolate. Normally, only dark chocolates have this much cocoa. This milk chocolate is a genuine chocolate indulgence with its 60% cocoa content, enveloped by a little milk and raw cane sugar, which lends it a mild sweetness. Full-bodied chocolate aroma with notes of toffee, cream, sweet condensed milk and mild suggestions of fruit.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
