The summit meeting with cocoa from the mountains: cocoa usually grows in lowlands, but in this top cuvée you will experience rare cocoa varieties from the highlands of Ecuador, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru and Uganda. Five countries, unusual altitudes and a fascinating fruity and berry aroma profile are brought together in this dark chocolate with 77% cocoa power.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
