Zotter Labooko Colombia 80% Organic Dark Chocolate. Viva Colombia! With this dark origin chocolate with 80% cocoa content, Zotter presents a very fascinating Trinitario and Criollo cocoa, sweetened with 10% raw cane sugar and 10% Mascobado sugar. Flavour profile: mild fruit acidity, hints of rum, molasses and dried yellow fruit (apricot and pineapple).

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
