Zotter Labooko Belize 72% Organic Dark Chocolate. The cocoa sailed on the sailing ship Avontuur from Belize to Hamburg for over two months. On board Mayan cocoa, which Zotter transforms into a mild, sweet origin chocolate with 72% cocoa content. Flavour profile: sweet and mild, notes of caramelised nuts, condensed milk, malt and black berries.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
