With this dark organic chocolate with a 70% cocoa content and cranberry couverture you will find a classic chocolate indulgence accompanied by an exciting, fruity to tangy flavour. The bar has a subtle sweetness, achieved with sunflower lecithin. Cocoa butter gives it a fine melt.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
