Zotter Greetings from Vienna. An homage to the famous apricot orchards around Vienna, which will awaken some fruity desires: a fruity apricot layer enhanced with apricot brandy, sitting atop a marzipan layer with a generous dash of some more apricot brandy and some chopped apricots. The whole thing is coated in an exquisite milk chocolate with a 40% cacao content.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
