Zotter Gin & Lemon Organic Chocolate. The Hands On Gin consists only of white rum, junipers, blackcurrants, coriander, lemongrass and a bit of orange zest and infuses a delicious, dark chocolate ganache, which is a perfect bed for those fine juniper and orange notes to develop. It’s combined with a refreshingly tangy lemon ganache created with a high-percentage milk chocolate, lemons and fine flavour, bitter lemonade with vermouth. Enveloped in dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content.

Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
