Zotter Drunter & Drüber Milchschoko + Karamell Orange. Sweet and refreshing lemon chocolate indulgence: on the outside, a milk chocolate enhanced with oranges. On the inside, a homemade, tender- melting caramel praline, created, nut-to-bar, from freshly roasted hazelnuts, almonds and muscovado sugar, which naturally presents with intense notes of caramel. As a refreshing zing, the praline is enhanced with a dash of lemon couverture and lots of crispy bits of orange.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
