Zotter Drunter & Drüber Organic Cranberry + Hemp, Vegan. Sweet and refreshing lemon chocolate indulgence: on the outside, a milk chocolate enhanced with oranges. On the inside, a homemade, tender- melting caramel praline, created, nut-to-bar, from freshly roasted hazelnuts, almonds and muscovado sugar, which naturally presents with intense notes of caramel. As a refreshing zing, the praline is enhanced with a dash of lemon couverture and lots of crispy bits of orange.

Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
