Fruity-tangy and sweetly sensual: on the outside, a purple, fruity-tangy blackcurrant couverture, created from the darkest blackcurrants, raw cane sugar and pure cocoa butter, its stunning colour derived naturally from berries alone. And on the inside, a tender-melting, sweet macadamia praline enhanced with sensual, fragrant tonka beans and lots of freshly roasted chopped macadamias. With a seductive melt thanks to pure cocoa butter.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
