Fruity-tangy and sweetly sensual: on the outside, a purple, fruity-tangy blackcurrant couverture, created from the darkest blackcurrants, raw cane sugar and pure cocoa butter, its stunning colour derived naturally from berries alone. And on the inside, a tender-melting, sweet macadamia praline enhanced with sensual, fragrant tonka beans and lots of freshly roasted chopped macadamias.
