Zotter Crema Organic Almond Spread. The spreadable nutty almond nougat is made directly in the chocolate factory. Creamy refined with pressed almond oil and rose oil, which give the nougat cream an elegant note. Rounded off with a fine squeeze of lemon.

The shelf life of Zotter spreads is given as very few months ex factory. Since Zotter does not use stabilisers or preservatives, the spreads have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter or nuts provide natural preservation. The shorter best-before date is therefore the expression of a high-quality Zotter spread.
