Fresh and fruity: a blue blueberry ganache, whose great color and authentic taste are created naturally by the many berries, combined with a refreshing lemon cream made from lemons and white chocolate. Wrapped in a thin white chocolate coating and then covered with dark chocolate.

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
