Zotter Balleros Organic Burnt Mountain Almonds. The mountain almonds are dried, gently roasted, caramelised and coated in milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content. A melt-in-the-mouth snack with a crunchy finish and authentic almond flavour.

Additional Information:

The shelf life of Zotter chocolates is already specified from manufacture with very few months. Since Zotter dispenses with stabilizers and preservatives, the chocolates have a natural shelf life limit. Natural fats such as cocoa butter, nuts or alcohol ensure natural preservation. Therefore the shorter minimum shelf-life characterizes a high-quality Zotter chocolate.
