In a saucepan: Gently heat the contents of the tin in a saucepan over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil!
In the microwave: Transfer the contents of the tin to a microwave-safe container, cover and heat for approx. 5 minutes at 600 watts. Stir occasionally and once at the end.
