Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7-9 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.

Especially tasty sweetened and with milk or vegetable drink. For the best possible unfolding of turmeric, the preparation as a "Golden Milk" is recommended: simply boil the tea bag in milk (100° C), then leave for at least 5 minutes for safe consumption. Then enjoy!
