My dog tolerates the food very well, but he only gets it as a reward or hidden in a search game. The ingredients alone convince me completely. It's grain-free, because the treats that are usually given contain a lot of grain anyway. The main course consists of meat from the butcher with wholemeal pasta and oil.

Mein Hund verträgt das Futter sehr gut, er bekommt es allerdings nur als Belohnung oder in einem Suchspiel versteckt. Alleine die Zutaten überzeugen mich vollkommen. Also ohne Getreide, da die Leckerlis, die meistens auch noch gegeben werden, ohnehin viel Getreide enthalten. Die Hauptspeise setzt sich aus Fleisch vom Metzger mit Vollkornnudeln und Öl zusammen.

I cannot understand why vegetarian food is offered for dogs (and also cats)! Dogs are carnivores, i.e. meat eaters! If masters or mistresses eat a vegetarian or vegan diet, it is their FREE OWN decision. However, to apply this to an animal that has been entrusted to me and is entitled to species-appropriate husbandry, I personally consider to be negligent and imprudent!

Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wieso für Hunde (und auch Katzen) vegetarisches Futter angeboten wird! Hunde sind Carnivoren, sprich, FLEISCHfresser! Wenn Herrchen oder Frauchen sich vegetarisch oder vegan ernähren, ist es deren FREIE UREIGENE Entscheidung. Das aber auf ein Tier zu übertragen, das mir anvertraut wurde und Anspruch auf artgerechte Haltung hat, halte ich persönlich für fahrlässig und unüberlegt!
